Due to high prices local distributors all over the world charge and cheap dollar relative to a lot of other currencies over the world we started exporting a lot of vacuum cleaner parts. We would like to see this segment of our business grow.
Orders - minimum order to qualify for wholesale price is 1000.00 USD. If orders go over 2000.00 USD or, if we have an ongoing relationship, we may drop shipping charges that we pay to ship parts from manufacturer to us.

To these prices we will add actual shipping cost from manufacturer to us (for 1000.00 USD order usually around 50.00 USD) and actual shipping charge to you.
Payment - payment for parts and estimated shipping has to be a bank wire transfer.
Lead time - we usually will be able to ship within 7-10 days after we get the payment. Some popular parts we may have in stock and may ship part of the order within a few days.
Shipping company - in general UPS, FedEx or DHL are very expensive. The cheapest way to ship overseas we noticed is United States Postal Service www.usps.com. There are companies that specialize in shipping to some countries so you may want to look for those.
Shipping prices - about $3.00 per pound for AIR (takes about 2 weeks for you to receive). About $1.50 for surface (takes about 2 months for you to receive).
Customs Declaration - depending on your country laws you may have be required to pay customs. We can send the shipment of few boxes to different addresses or send it as from a private party - you tell us.
Few more things - all our machines and parts are for 110 volt units. Therefore motors may not work in countries with 220 volt power supply (you would need a transformer). The most of other parts are perfectly interchangeable.
Language - we have only English and Russian speaking on staff. If you are responding in another language please write in short sentences and make it Spanish, Italian or German. We will try to translate with software and if it will not work we will have to contact someone to translate for us. That will take additional time.
Where to start - write us a list of parts that you need. You can use your catalog numbers as most of the time they are the same. You can describe the part or send a picture of it. With the first order you will get a price list and diagrams that we have so it will make further orders very easy to place.
