Vacuum - Have in mind that ALL vacuums we sell are 110 volts. In countries with 220 or 240 volt power supply you will need a transformer. Transformer has to be 1000 watts. We can sell you transformer for 80.00 USD plus shipping (usually 60-80 USD is enough to ship it by AIR)

Payment - We do NOT take international credit cards . We will ask you to pay by a bank wire transfer, Western Union or international money order (where available). Transfer has to be in US dollar funds. We understand you feeling insecure but there is no way around it - you must pay up in front. Ask us for our bank requisites and we will e-mail them to you. After you transfer the money you MUST e-mail us and let us know when you made transfer, how much money you transferred, what was the name of a person or a company who made the transfer. Sometimes we get e-mail from say Anton and in 5 days we get money from Valerij. We have no idea what the money is for as we do not know that she asked Valerij to transfer the money for her. Have in mind - we communicate with 2-5 international buyers every day.

Shipping – we usually ship United States Postal Service so you will get the package in your local post office. UPS, Fed Ex or DHL is usually 3-4 times more expensive. We will work with you if you want to ship by a different shipping company. AIR shipping of 1 Kirby or rainbow vacuum system to the most of the world is about 180.00 USD.

Freight Forwarder – if you have companies that forward your packages to your country for less - we will gladly ship to them. Make sure freight forwarder will know where to send the package. Provide us as much information about you as possible so we can put it on the box and freight forwarder will have enough information.

Lead time - different countries have different limits on package size and or weight. Usually we have to pack vacuums in 2 boxes and take them to post office. So your vacuum will ship 2-3 days AFTER we get your payment.

Time in transit - We ship AIR unless you INSIST in OCEAN shipment and PROMISE not to bother us for at least 12 weeks. Ocean shipments sometimes take very long time and sometimes we have customers writing us e-mails everyday "WHERE IS MY VACUUM???" Postal service will not even try to trace the package if it has not been more than 10 weeks from the day package was shipped. We had Customers in Australia, England, Japan waiting about 12 weeks for ocean package. AIR packages usually get to the most of the world in 2 weeks. Sometimes (very rarely) customers have to wait 4 weeks.

Duties and Taxes - YOU are responsible for all duties, VAT and taxes. Contact your customs for the rates as we have no access for such info for every country.

Customs Declaration – If you ask we can ship the package as a "gift" or "commercial sample". We can put it as being shipped from a person to person. You tell us.

Insurance - I would say that we have shipped nearly 1000 packages to all parts of the world. Only 1 got damaged and 1 got lost. However if it happens to your package - we will be able to recover only the amount of money it was insured for. You tell us how much insurance you want. Some countries have limits on how much we can insure it for.
