Kirby ALLERGEN disposable bags.

Top of the line - BEST filtration available for Kirby vacuum cleaners. Bag is made out of 3 layers - top layer that seems to be the layer that holds the bag together and two fairly thick inner layers. On touch the bag feels like cloth.
Available in packages of 2 bags per pack (25 packages of 2 bags per box) or 6 bags per pack (9 packages of 9 bags per box).
On the original packaging it says - "15% greater performance than our Micron Magic Micro Particle Arrest® filter. 110% more airflow and cleaning efficiency during bag fill. Up to double effective bag life. Better durability and odor control."
