This unit was professionally serviced. That includes taking the unit apart; inspecting tech drive, motor, slide bracket and the rest. Aluminum parts were buffed on a professional buffer. It is done to every Kirby vacuum no matter how good it looked when we got it.

To buyers from all other locations item will be shipped by United States Postal Service. Please contact us for shipping estimate or go to www.USPS.com (approximate weight 40lb.). If shipping to your country requires box dimensions to be less than 108 girth then it will have to be shipped in 2 boxes of approximately 22lb. each.
