Even though there are Kirby bags called "Generation 3" all the other bags listed in this category will perfectly fit your Kirby G3. Your G3 vacuum cleaner has just the same power as all later models so you should not be concerned whatever more dense filters will significantly reduce the performance of your sweeper. Other bags have better filtration than "Generation 3" filters but they also come at much higher price.
