Trying to get manual for Kirby. Went to Kirby site and could not find. Call, Kirby said they don't have one. Told them not a good decision. Search Google found yours. did not find manual but I stopped looking because you have a great photos and description for Kirby. Also solved problem with shampoo not foaming! Great line about don't burn down the house. I have now bookmarked your site and will go to you first to purchase. Keep up the excellent customer service.
