2 ways to qualify:
- Place a PARTS-ONLY order for $500+ and we will automatically apply the 25% discount to your account permanently so you will be able to see reduced prices when logged in. The initial $500+ order will be discounted and credit card charged accordingly.
- Vacuum shops and appliance service centers – please register in the GoodVac.com store and e-mail or fax us proof that you are a vacuum shop or appliance service center. We will then apply discounts to your user ID in our system. (We may request additional information to verify that you are in the vacuum cleaner service business).

Shipping Air
US Postal Service (USPS) It takes 2-6 weeks for a package to reach anywhere in the world. US Postal service does not offer online tracking. Cost of shipping a 30 lb box will be about $200.
DHL or UPS– to some countries DHL and/or UPS have very good rates and you will be able to track package progress online. It takes 2-7 days to anywhere in the world. Cost of shipping a 30 lb box will be between $200-$600.
Other shipping services may be suggested
Shipping Ocean
Large ocean freight orders – we will recommend the best available shipping company. Approximate cost to most of the world is $500-$900 per pallet. It takes 1 – 1.5 months for the shipment to reach your local port. You will be responsible for pick-up at your port.
Customs Declaration
It is completely your responsibility to pay all duties, taxes and customs clearance fees |

COMPATIBILITY |

Most of our machines and/or parts are for units made for the US market and may or may not be different from the ones sold in your country. Please make sure they will fit before you order larger quantities.
All systems and electrical parts listed on our website are made for 110 volt power supply.
Occasionally we have 220 volt units and/or parts but that will be clearly stated in the product description. |
