You can use Eseries manifold. It will have 2 holes for wheels that were not there on SE PE but it would work:

by Rexair (Rainbow manufacturer) There is no other part that replaces it.
We offer replacement nozzle kit that will fit ANY Rainbow vacuum that was made between late 80s and 1998. As long as your vacuum accepts 2 prong nozzle/hose plug and metal hose coupling that goes into the water container, this nozzle WILL work.
So all later D3 models and all Rainbow D4; D4C, SE and SE Performance Edition vacuum cleaners.
