Remanufacture
If you own a Rainbow or Kirby cleaning system -- with which you would be happy, if it worked like the day you bought it -- but you can't afford to buy a new one... Or maybe you just like your good, old sweeper (it did get the job done after all!!!) -- please, keep on reading.
The difference between servicing your vacuum in a local vac shop or giving it to us is a mere $15 - $40 that you will have to pay for shipping, if you decide to send it to us. Of course, if it is a relatively small thing (like a bad cord or broken latch), you should probably go to your local shop. Unfortunately, there are a number of dishonest people out there who will try to sell you a new vacuum, or replace an entire motor, just because you had no idea that it was simply a bad power switch. Please do not get mad and throw entire vacuum away. Give us a shot.
Please DO NOT send in any equipment without contacting me first or without your contact information in the package. I will supply you with the UPS shipping label -- it will save you a few dollars because we have an account with them (so we ship for less). UPS does a GREAT job delivering packages from almost the entire US within four business days. However, some drivers do practice their football passing with those packages, so please pack your item well.
Just to give you an idea of how much it might cost you to have your system rebuilt, as well as what would be done, I have included a labor description below. If any additional parts are required, you will be informed BEFORE any additional costs are incurred. |
