1 YEAR WARRANTY - ALL vacuum systems and components bought on www.goodvac.com. Shipping charges: First 90 days (from the date of sale) we will pay ALL shipping charges from and to the Continental US. All other locations will get up to $40.00 towards shipping. For the rest of the year, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Warranty covers: Warranty will cover parts and labor - except parts that are subject to normal wear and tear (i.e. brush rolls, belts, light bulbs. etc.) WE WILL NOT cover any damage caused by improper or careless use of a system (please refer to manuals and use common sense). Damages during shipment: If the item does not work right out of the box or something is broken - please do not discard the packaging and contact us ASAP so we have a chance to fail the claim with carrier and replace the broken item in the timely manner.
