Description   DISCONTINUED ELECTRIC CORD, POWER NOZZLE Will fit Rainbow models D3 (2 prong units only) and D4 (with chrome metal bottom) They all are exactly this shape (but may be a bit different color): The cord is about 12 feet long and has only two prongs. Older D3 models had 3 prong plugs but later Rexair got rid of the ground wire and started manufacturing 2 prong cords and receptacles. This is meant to be run outside the hose and plugged it into the Rainbow vacuum. Rainbow part # R2496 (will NOT replace older - 3 prong D3 cords) WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals including Di (2-ethylhexyl) Phthalate (DEHP), which is known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
