Description   RAINJET HARD SURFACE FLOOR ATTACHMENT - 220 / 230 / 240 Volt ! (By Rexair Inc. - Rainbow vacuum cleaner manufacturer) Note: This Rainjet will NOT work in the United States, Canada and other countries using 110V power. Make sure your power output is 220V, 230V or 240V! Made to be used with 2011 Rainbow model (black color) May work with any e2 or e-series vacuum as long as you have correct hose. Adapter needed. Read compatibility notes below. Don't forget: COMPATIBILITY NOTES: 2011 BLACK Rainbow vacuum cleaner hose and each of 2 wands have the plug that extends out of the hose handle and perfectly fits the RainJet bare floor washing attachment. To connect RainJet you need to attach to the hose one of the short wands first and then attach the RainJet. Since electrified hose is used to pass electricity to Rainjet as well as pick up water you must make sure that you have "Triple Insulated" electric hose that was made to pickup water. They were sold with Rainbow vacuum cleaners since around 2008 till May 2011 (when the BLACK model came out). Easy way to tell if you have the correct hose is to look at the receptacle on the hose where you would normally plug in cord from the carpet nozzle. Pictured below is the hose that was NOT made to use for wet pickup so you can NOT use this hose with RainJet attachment even though technically you could make it work. The following picture is of the hose that was made to use for wet pickup. The cutouts to the sides of the opening may seem like only difference (see arrows) but it is not. Wiring inside of the handle it is very different. So this hose CAN be used with RainJet. But to connect such hose to RainJet you need a short hose-to-wand adapter and one of straight extension pipes with a cord attached to it to supply electricity to the Rainjet. Connect this wand to the hose using small adapter: and then connect Rainjet to the other end of the pipe. Adapter and the and is available as a kit to purchase it with your new Rainjet. Simply add it as an option to the Rainjet before adding it to your shopping cart. Empty vacuum cleaner bowl (start with empty water bowl) Dampen the sponge attachment to make it softer. Connect one wand that came with vacuum to the hose Connect the RainJet wand to the first wand Connect the nozzle with sponge to the wand Pour one cap-full of "Clean Floor" concentrate into Rainjet bottle / container Fill the rest of the bottle with cool tap water Insert bottle into Rainjet till it clicks Turn Rainbow vacuum on high speed. When you squeeze hose trigger Rainjet will dispense solution on the floor. Use sponge to scrub the floor and release the dirt. To pickup water use Squeegee blade and pick up while pulling backward.
