Description   Aftermarket Hose End Order aftermarket hose assembly HERE ATTACHMENT HOSE MACHINE END Fits ALL but e and e2 series Rainbow vacuum models: D2 D3 D4 SE SE PE To replace this machine end of the hose: On attachment hose - you will need to remove old hose end by simply cutting the hose as close to the hose end as you can. There is a wire within the hose so you will need to use cutting pliers.Clean the hose and put some glue on it. Then screw it into the new hose end. On the electrified hose - you will need to remove ONLY the metal sleeve from the hose and from the new hose end. It is glued onto the inner sleeve so it will take a long flat screwdriver and some time. You may end up damaging the inner sleeve that is molded to electrified hose and can not be replaced. Therefore do not attempt replacing this metal outer sleeve unless you absolutely have to. When you remove the old end you will need to clean the part that was on the inside as much as possible. Put some glue on it and slide it in. Make sure that button on the metal outer part is aligned with the cut on the inner sleeve so it can be pushed in to remove the hose from the water basin neck.
