RAINBOW Dolly Assembly, Black
Since all other versions of dollies for all e-series vacuums have been discontinued this is the only option available. It may not match the color of your vacuum (unless you have E2 type 12 vacuum) but it will work.
This dolly assembly comes with the latch and the 5 wheels.

It does work with regular size (2 quart) water ban. However if you had the optional larger (4 quart) water container for older e-series you will need to buy new style water pan (click on the picture):
