Description   RAINBOW E SERIES POWER NOZZLE MOTOR, 120V (New style, see compatibility notes below!) Part Number: R15403 This is "Snap In" Rainbow power nozzle motor. This will work only with the manifold R15359. It uses no screws and just snaps in the manifold. You can find all new style E2 Black power nozzle parts here. Compatibility Notes! Mid 2013 Rainbow decided to redesign their PN12 nozzle to the new style nozzle. New style nozzle uses a different brush roll, motor, nozzle cover, manifold and bottom plate. Please see below for differences between old and new style nozzles. Motor: New motor shaft has grooves in it and is shorter. It can be seen on the right side of the picture. Old motor shaft is smooth and long. Bottom Plate: Manifold: New style power nozzle has belt on the side of the brush roll. Old one has a belt on the middle of the brush roll. Top Plate: Brush Roll: Old style brush roll would have the belt in the middle of the brush roll. New style has it on the side.
