RAINBOW VACUUM NOZZLE LIGHT AND HARNESS KIT

This is the indicator light that indicates that power is supplied to the nozzle.

Light and harness for Rainbow nozzles pictured below:

If brush roll in the Rainbow nozzle is not spinning but the light is ON then it indicates that power is supplied to the nozzle so you may need to push the reset switch. If this does not help - you have bad circuit breaker, bad motor or there may be a wire loose inside the nozzle.

If the indicator light is OFF - try bypassing the hose and connecting the nozzle directly to the vacuum. If then the Rainbow nozzle works - there is a problem in the hose. If there is still no light - there may be a problem with the nozzle cord, maybe there is a loose wire inside the nozzle or there is a problem in the main unit.

I am so excited!! Because I wasn’t completely willing to give up on my Rainbow E Series (one speed), or even to buy a brand new power nozzle for it, I searched and searched for possible solutions as to why the power nozzle was getting power, but yet the motor wasn’t turning. We were getting kind of desperate ha ha I decided to buy this wiring harness and a new circuit breaker. Definitely more cost effective than buying a whole brand new power nozzle. And what do you know! Whether or not the problem with my vacuum was the harness or the circuit breaker, I couldn’t say. But I replaced these two items and now my vacuum is in full functioning order!! And THANK YOU to GoodVac For promptly shipping out my replacement pieces. I can’t believe how quick my order got to me!!
