Payment:
Canada and Puerto Rico - we may take credit card payment
Rest of the World - bank wire transfer or Western Union are the ONLY acceptable payment methods. Absolutely no exceptions!

Lead time:
Items that are in stock – will ship within 3 business days.
Large orders going on a pallet, items that have to be ordered from our suppliers or custom made items – 7-10 business days.

Shipping company and time in transit:
Air shipping:

• US Postal Service (USPS). It takes 2-6 weeks for a package to reach anywhere in the world. Tracking service offered by US Postal service is very limited. Cost of shipping a 30 lb box will be about $200
• DHL or UPS– to some countries DHL and/or UPS have very good rates and you will be able to track package progress online. It takes 2-7 days to anywhere in the world. 30 lb box will vary between $200-$600

Customs Declaration:
It is your responsibility to pay all duties, taxes and customs clearance fees in your country.

Compatibility:
All of our machines and parts are for 110 volt units. If your local power supply is 220 or 240 volt – you will need a 1000 watt power transformer. (sometimes we do have 220 volt motors for Kirby vacuums).

Guarantee:
Most of products we sell are not covered by manufacturers warranty so you will NOT be able to get units serviced under our warranty anywhere else in the world. We will gladly honor our warranty but you will have to ship the unit to us and you will be responsible for all shipping charges (both to us and from us).

Language:
We speak English and Russian. If you want to write in another language – write short sentences.
