Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in Colorado.
If you are purchasing items for resale and have Colorado State resale number, you will need to provide us with your Colorado Sales Tax License prior to placing your order.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged next business day after you place the order.

We will charge your card even if some or all parts are on backorder (Units, accessories, popular parts and popular supplies – are stock items. Only parts from PARTS section may have to be backordered).

If we cannot ship your entire order within 10 business days we will contact you for further instructions (you may chose to ship partial order, refund your payment for the entire order or keep waiting for backordered parts).

In the event of us not being able to ship your order within 10 business days we will refund your payment 100%. If you cancel your order within 10 business days (even if your order has not yet shipped) there will be 20% restocking fee assessed.

Please understand that if we already have ordered your part our money will be tied up in the inventory that, depending on the item popularity, may not sell for a very long time.
