Old style kirby fill tube

Later Kirby company made G3, G4 and G5 sweeper model miniemptors to accept the new style "Snap In" fill tube and the neck of the miniemptor is not thread-like but it has only one ridge. Fill tube end is pushed over this ridge and this is how it is being held onto the neck of the bag base. It is still recommended to secure the snap fill tube with one or two cable ties. Models after G5 had snap fill tubes pre-installed.

Great for rebuilding or Adding a Bag	Monday, July 18, 2011
Reviewer: A. Cook from Henderson, CO United States

This part works great for the dreaded fill tube break. Please note, Kirby does recommend you replace the entire assembly (mini-emptor, fill tube, bag adapter and cloth outer bag), I have not found this necessary if you launder the outer bag.
