TIPS ON INSTALATION:

When taking old motor out snap as many pictures as possible to remember how to put everything back together. There are numerous help articles and we have a few on our own but you would feel better that you personally may forget so snap pictures. You can erase them all when you done (thanks digital photography).
Testing motor when not in housing is a bit dangerous. You need to press onto 2 levers and hold it at the same time and the fan blade would spin at 30000 RPM and it may get you fingers. Just install it into the housing before you plug it in.
When installed and all 4 screws tightened try spinning the shaft by hand. It should spin freely. If it does not - you need to loosen the screws and puch the motor to the front of the housing and tighten the screws again.
HERE you can fing how to get to the motor and from there you will just need to get the transmission out and 4 screws that hold the motor.
Look at 2 last pictures on this ARTICLE and make sure you have the piece that controls transmission installed right.
When motor is in and you want to check if it works before you finish assembling it see this ARTICLE and make sure that BOTH levers are pushed all the way in, otherwise motor will not run.
