When I first received this, I thought I had the wrong part because it measured only 10" long and looked different than the original bumper on my floor tool. It took some stretching, but I was able to get it on, and it looks like it will do a much better job of holding the bristles on the tool. It looks like a better design than the original bumper. (I have a Rainbow E2 Blue series.)
