Wholesale Sales (Business Customers)

Eligibility

Wholesale pricing is available to businesses involved in vacuum cleaner sales, service, or repair. We may request documentation to verify business activity before applying wholesale discounts.

Pricing

We offer two wholesale pricing tiers:

• Level 1: Orders of USD 1,000 or more (excluding shipping)
• Level 2: Orders between USD 400 and USD 1,000 (excluding shipping)

Orders below USD 400 do not qualify for wholesale pricing.

To apply for wholesale pricing:

1. Register for an account on GoodVac.com
2. Contact us to request wholesale status
3. Once approved, discounted pricing will be visible when logged in

Order Process

Orders are placed through our website.

Final order totals may differ from the initial checkout amount due to:

• Removal of retail volume discounts
• Removal of out-of-stock items
• Adjustment of shipping charges to actual carrier costs

Shipping cost estimates are system-generated and may not reflect final charges for larger or heavier shipments.

An exact invoice is typically issued after order review and packaging.

Payment must be completed within 10 days of invoicing. Orders unpaid after 30 days may be canceled and restocked, subject to a restocking fee of 10–20%.

Payment Terms

Payment is required prior to shipment.

The preferred payment method is bank transfer.

Credit card or PayPal payments may be accepted only after an established business relationship. Additional fees may apply depending on order size and payment method.

We may contact you to confirm order details prior to shipment.

Shipping

We ship orders from the United States using standard commercial carriers.

For large or heavy orders, palletized freight shipment may be available upon request. Customers may also arrange pickup or use their own freight forwarder.

All shipments originate in the United States.

Taxes, Duties, and Compliance

Customers are solely responsible for determining and complying with any laws, regulations, taxes, duties, or requirements applicable after the goods leave the United States.

We do not guarantee the availability of certificates of origin, compliance documentation, or regulatory filings unless confirmed in writing prior to order placement.

Promotions

Wholesale pricing cannot be combined with retail promotions, coupons, or special offers. Any retail discounts applied in error will be removed.

Complete vacuum systems and accessories may be available separately. Availability and pricing may differ from parts pricing. Please contact us for details.
