How do I return an item?

Returns must be requested within 2 weeks of receipt of the items.

Items must be in brand new condition, unused and in original packaging with all labels and tags.

We do not refund shipping costs.
We do not accept returns on some items that can not be resold due to hygiene and safety issues (i.e. safety helmets, hardhats, safety glasses)
If a pre-paid return label is used, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the total refund.
If items are received damaged or dead on arrival, please contact us at [email protected] so we can correct any issues at no additional cost to you.

All returns must have an RMA authorization from [email protected] and copy of the invoice included.

RMAs are active for 15 business days only.

In addition to shipping charges there will be 10% restocking fee taken out of the refund to cover packaging and labor cost.

Sales on special order items are final. Special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable!
