This is a product by Ideal Industries. This is Medium grade manufacturers part # 23-003M. It is being sold by Rexair to use on Rainbow vacuum cleaner motors.

Hold the brush seater on the commutator close to the brush so the brush seater material will be carried under the brush. If you had to use quite a bit of the stone - clean the dust off the motor parts prior the assembly.
