RAINBOW E SERIES VACUUM INTERLOCK PLUNGER

This Rainbow E and E2 safety switch / plug / plunger is in all E and E2 series Rainbow Sweepers. For safety every e-series Rainbow is equipped with a switch that doesn't allow the Rainbow vacuum to turn on if water basin is not installed. There is a plastic protrusion on the top of each Rainbow e or e2 series water pan that pushes this plunger up and it presses on the safety switch located under one of plastic baffles with latch attached to it. If your Rainbow randomly turns off and will not start again check to see if this plunger is still present.
