This is a product by Ideal Industries. This is Hard grade manufacturers part # 23-002H.

Hold the brush seater on the commutator close to the brush so the brush seater material will be carried under the brush. If you had to use quite a bit of the stone - clean the dust off the motor parts prior the assembly.
