You need to purchase newer style cap part R-PRT-R9720 and a controller / circuit board housing withouth the exhaust part # R-PRT-R13400

CAP/CAP COVER ASM, E2, 120-240V (NO FOAM INCLUDED)

This is for 2 speed Rainbow vacuum. Will NOT fit older 1 speed e-series Rainbow models despite that in the picture it looks just the same.
