COMPATIBILITY ISSUE !
This manifold was the last type manifold designed and sold with E2 two speed Rainbow vacuums before 2013. It is attached to rear wheels (rear sole plate)

R11909 with 4 screws

Cover - R12904 just snaps on the top without using any screws.
The motor is held in with help of 2 tabs (no screws):
