Website is very slow

We have had a few complains that orders with a lot of items are very slow to process. Keep in mind that 7 seconds or less for system to refresh is normal. However sometimes it may take much longer or system may even freeze.
There are few things that may be reason for that:

1 - you may need to clear cash and cookies
Plenty of information is available on the internet. Just Google:
  • clear cache and cookies Firefox
  • clear cache and cookies Chrome
  • clear cache and cookies Safari
  • clear cache and cookies Internet Explorer

2 - You have entered shipping address that system cannot recognize.
In the background system recalculates shipping charges every time you update your shopping cart. If your address is not recognized by the system it may slow everything down or it even freeze. Make sure you have no special characters like:
Ù é ß ý õ î Ã Ð ° Ñ ü

To access you shipping address list do this:

Click on "My Account" on the very top of the screen.




If not logged in - log in




Under "Personal Information" click on "Manage your shipping addresses"




You will see one or more addresses.



One of them will be checked. Make sure that this address is correct and has no special characters. You may remove all shipping addresses and just keep shopping till you are ready to check out. You will be able to enter shipping address later.
