Rainbow e-series stinks
Problem:
The power nozzle and the main unit of the Rainbow e series have a very musty odor. How to get rid of it or clean it. Any ideas?

Can I use it with carpet shampoo as a spot cleaner? I can't find anywhere if it says that this can be done or not- or will the shampoo get into the motor and wreck it?
