I will try to make the explanation as brief and painless as I can.  I will not discuss models older than the My Rainbow e-series Suddenly Stopped Working Problem: My Rainbow e-series vacuum was working just perfect and then suddenly stopped working. There was no smell, no smoke and it did not make any unusual sounds. It just stopped a Rainbow shuts down. After 10 minutes it starts and shuts down again. Problem: My Rainbow vacuum just would stop working. After 10 or 15 minutes it would start again and work for a few minutes more and then shuts off again. Possible Causes: AquaMate - I squeeze the trigger but nothing is coming out Problem: I am trying to clean my carpet with the AquaMate and when I push the trigger no water is coming out of the tubes. What might be the problem? Possible Causes: Rainbow e-series stinks Problem: The power nozzle and the main unit of the Rainbow e series have a very musty odor. How to get rid of it or clean it.
